This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award as a whole. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department Contractor must be a Fire Protection Systems Contractor licensed by the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections in accordance with Chapter 9- 1005 of the Philadelphia Code, and employ only certified technicians skilled at installing, repairing, servicing, inspecting and testing each fire protection systems. Successful bidder will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform the annual Licenses and Inspections, inspection/maintenance in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Philadelphia Fire Prevention Code of the Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Wet Standpipe and Fire Pump systems and NFPA #25 or latest revisions. Each Annual Inspection shall include certification, back - flushing of the Fire Department Connection, tagging all valves and hoses and any applicable testing and inspections as required by the latest applicable City and NFPA standards. All test to be performed in accordance with License and Inspection regulations for Inspections and Trip Test. Vendor is responsible for visiting each site and determining exact equipment at each site. If Installation/reinstallation is required by the City of Philadelphia, then it shall be performed in accordance with NFPA Standard #13, or latest revisions. Fire Suppression System Workers certified in the classification relating to the work performed must be present to perform the work.
