Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority is accepting sealed bids for the Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority - Purchase of Materials ONLY for the Susquehanna Data LLC Sanitary Sewer Extension on portal The material to be purchased includes A. 8" PVC SDR 26 sanitary sewer pipe, 8" PVC cap, 8" x 8" x 4" PVC wyes, 4" PVC SDR 26 sanitary sewer pipe and 4" PVC caps; B. Standard 4' diameter Sanitary Sewer Manholes with cast in connectors with mandrels and 3" concrete adjustment rings and C. Trench p lug material and all appurtenances in accordance with the Contract Documents. All piping and trench plug related items shall be delivered to the vicinity of 769 Salem Boulevard, Berwick, PA 18603. Delivery location shall be advised by Susquehanna Data, L LC. All Manhole related items shall be kept at the Manufacturer's site until construction begins and asked to be delivered to the vicinity of 769 Salem Boulevard, Berwick, PA 18603. Each class of material will stand on its own; the Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority may choose to select separate Supplier/Vendor for each class of material. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total Bid price, payable to the Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly obtain the required Payment Bond and Insurance, prepare the required submittal documents and execute the Agreement. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. All Time is of the essence. The Bid price on each individual material must be held, no increase in prices once bids are submitted are acceptable. Bids shall be submitted upon forms furnished by the Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority. The Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority reserves the right to award to the most responsible Bidder on Bid Schedule and reject any part of and/or all Bids as it may best serve the interest of the Owner. The Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities, and to negotiate contract amounts
