Question Cutoff Date 6/10/2022 01:00:00 PM (ET) The City of Laredo is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing professional services to provide professional engineering services for surveying, design, and preparation of plans and specifications in developing a a shared 8' wide reinforced concrete path for bicycles and pedestrian use, accessible ramps, pavements markings, etc. along Mier Street from St. Augustine High School to Lamar Middle School and along E. Plum Street connecting Traver Elementary School and JW Nixon High School. Scope of services include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Environmental assessment, preliminary design, design development, construction documents, procurement services, bid documents, specifications, estimates, planning, assessments reports and construction management. 2. Surveying including boundary, topographical, construction staking, etc. 3. Utility Coordination Committee (relocation of utilities) 4. Design Development and opinion of probable cost including but not limited to traffic safety, bicycle/sidewalks, pedestrian connectivity, etc. construction cost estimates, monitoring of the construction until completion and incorporating the current Viva Laredo Comprehensive Plan. 5. Construction documents, specifications and estimates 6. Bid documents and contract award 7. Construction administration/oversight and progress meetings 8.
