Sewer Tie Construction, Retrofit, Maintenance and/or Repairs includes but is not limited to: oInstallation of new sewage line (including sewer connection to Municipal sewer system) oRepair/rehabilitation/ extension of an existing sewer line oAll inspection services related to sewer line inspections oAll plumbing related work required for the installation of a new and/or rehabilitation of an existing, restroom facility. All questions must be in writing and sent by email to john.busby@lacity.org with the subject line ASNEEDED SEWER TIE CONSTRUCTION, RETROFIT, MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPAIRS - Questions. Responses to questions will be posted to rampla.org. It is recommended that questions be submitted as soon as possible in order to provide the Department sufficient time to post written responses prior to the deadline to submit a response. Questions will be deemed late and may not be answered after 3:00 P.M., on June 30, 2022. Respondent shall provide on The Contact and Signature Page of this RFQ the number of his/her qualifying professional license procured under the provisions of Article 5, Chapter 9, Division III of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California, and / or all required certificates as required under the minimum qualifications section. In accordance with Los Angeles City Charter section 371(c), "The City shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids or proposals and to waive any informality in the bid or proposal when to do so would be to the advantage of the City. The City may also reject the bid or proposal of any bidder or proposer who has previously failed to timely and satisfactorily perform any contract with the City."
