Hollywood Branch Library (1530 North Hollywood Street), Frayser Branch Library (3712 Argonne Street), Poplar-Whitestation Branch Library (5094 Poplar Avenue), Parkway Village Branch Library (4655 Knight Arnold Road), Whitehaven Branch Library (4120 Mill Branch Road), South Branch Library (1929 South Third Street) Project Description: Project consists of: 1. Hollywood Branch Library (1530 North Hollywood Street) – Replace existing NAV-1, ACCU-12A, ACCU-12B, NAV-2, ACCU-13A, ACCU-13B HVAC units with a new code compliant HVAC units. The new systems will include replacing existing select unit adjacent ductwork, ancillary electrical and appurtenances, as necessary. New units shall provide preconditioned outside air. 2. Frayser Branch Library (3712 Argonne Street) – Replace existing 103FU-3, 103FU-4, 105FU-1 & 105FU-2 HVAC units with a new code compliant HVAC units. The new systems will include gas furnace air handlers, condensing units, select unit adjacent ductwork, thermostats, ancillary electrical and appurtenances, as necessary. New units shall provide zone temperature control. 3. Poplar-Whitestation Branch Library (5094 Poplar Avenue) – Replace existing roof top units RTU-1, RTU-2 & RTU-3 with a new code compliant HVAC units. The new systems will include packaged roof top units, select unit adjacent ductwork, thermostats, ancillary electrical and appurtenances, as necessary. New units shall provide zone temperature control. 4. Parkway Village Branch Library (4655 Knight Arnold Road) – Replace existing heating water boiler with new code compliant condensing water boiler. The new system will include a single condensing boiler, adjacent hydronic piping/insulation, circulation pump, step-down NG regulator, ancillary electrical and appurtenances, as necessary. New unit shall provide heating water to the heating water hydronic system. 5. Whitehaven Branch Library (4120 Mill Branch Road): a. Boiler – Replace existing heating water boiler with new code compliant condensing water boiler. The new system will include a single condensing boiler, adjacent hydronic piping/insulation, circulation pumps, step-down NG regulator, ancillary electrical and appurtenances, as necessary. New unit shall provide heating water to the heating water hydronic system. b. Variable Air Volume (VAV) Boxes – Cleaning VAV boxes, installing new Discharge Air Temperature Sensors, install new controller and replace all wall temperature sensors. 6. South Branch Library (1929 South Third Street) – Replace existing roof top units RTU-2, RTU-5 & RTU-7 with a new code compliant HVAC units. The new systems will include packaged roof top units, select unit adjacent ductwork, thermostats, ancillary electrical and appurtenances, as necessary. New units shall provide zone temperature control.
