This portion of the project consists of constructing a new gymnasium and locker room addition at the Magic City Campus High School. The scope of work includes demolition, earthwork & utilities, concrete & masonry, precast, steel supply & erection, roofing & metal panels, gymnasium flooring & equipment, installation of new finishes, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The complete bid form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner.
