Includes the following: Setting all poles in concrete. All framing of exterior walls and roof framing. Installing all 26 gauge Exterior Tin and Trim. Installing treated bridge plank on the inside 4 foot up. Installing 2x6 wall purling's on the inside of the poles to fasten 1/2'' plywood sheathing on to them for sheer strength Installing 2x4 purling's on the inside ceiling to attach 1/2'' plywood sheathing on the ceiling for sheer strength. Material -100% cost to fi nish entire 60'x60'x16' high Salt shed building. I n c l u d e s t h e f o l l o w i n g : 8x8 poles 4 foot on center will be used on all 3 sides of the building. Poles will be cemented by drilling 48 18'' Holes and using Sono Tubes pouring concrete around the perimeter of the poles 4 feet deep. Poles will be wrapped with a barrier that is embedded in the concrete 3 rows of 2x6 treated Tongue and Groove boards on the bottom exterior wall. 2x6 purling's 2 foot on center on the interior and exterior sidewalls. 1/2'' plywood on the interior sidewalls and ceiling. 4/12 pitch rafters with 2/12 pitch vault on the inside 4 foot on center with 2x4 purling's 2 foot on center on the roof and ceiling. Vapor/water proof membrane underneath the roof tin to prevent the roof from sweating. No Overhang on the roof trusses. 2x6 ribbon around the roof line to trim it out and to install the gutters on Install 120 lineal feet of 6'' seamless gutters. 4 sets of 3x4 sown spouts. Exterior walls and roof will have 26 Gauge Tin/Trim. 3'' x 12'' Treated bridge planking inside of walls 4 foot up to hold Salt/Sand up against it to support the walls and to prevent it from damaging the tin. All permits and fees including permitting through the city of Killdeer. Fees for the blueprints required by the city for permitting. All inspections required to fi nalize the job.
