As of July 26, 2022, project was awarded to Milestone Contractor South, LLC, awarded amount is $371,723.30. City of Brazil, Indiana, by and through The Board of Public Works and Safety (hereinafter referred to as the OWNER), will receive sealed bids for the 2022 Street Resurfacing Package which will consist of the following: Street Resurfacing to include HMA milling and surfacing as identified in the contract documents. Each bid must be printed and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. The check or bond will be held by the OWNER as evidence that the Bidder will, if awarded a contract by purchase order, enter into the same with the OWNER upon notification from him to do so within fifteen (15) days of said notification. The bids shall remain open for thirty (30) calendar days. The OWNER has the right to reject all bids.
