The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Forestry, requires services for the dismantling of woven wire deer exclosures at specifically designated locations in Forest District 15, Potter County. Project reference numbers: 152117, 152118 and 152230 Forest District 15: three (3) exclosures for an estimated total of 22,045 lineal feet The contractor's per lineal foot price must include all materials, labor, equipment, tools, insurance, and any other items necessary for completion of the project. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Forestry, requires services for the dismantling of three (3) woven wire deer exclosures for an estimated total of 22,045 lineal feet at specifically designated locations in Forest District 15, Potter County. The Contractor is required to submit performance security in the amount of $5,000.00. Performance security must be in the form of a specific performance bond, an irrevocable letter of credit or a certificate of deposit, all in a form acceptable to the Commonwealth, or a certified check or a bank cashier's check drawn to the order of the "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania". All performance security shall be conditioned for faithful performance of the purchase order. The contract term will start upon receipt of executed purchase order and terminates June 30, 2023.
