Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This invitation is for patch and paint work in four residence halls as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project including all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university. Project Notes: - Substantial Date for Completion: 60 calendar days from PO issuance - Final Date for Completion: 65 calendar days from PO issuance Liquidated Damages: - $200 per day until Substantial Completion - $100 per day until Final Completion Questions Due By: 5/27/2022 no later than 2:00PM
