Eastern Kentucky University is seeking bids from qualified companies for residence hall painting. Completion Schedule: Work must be done no later than 7/30/2022. Substantial Date for Completion: 60 days from purchase order issuance - Final Date for Completion: 75 days from purchase order issuance Liquidated Damages: - $200 per day until Substantial Completion - $100 per day until Final Completion This invitation is for residence hall maintenance painting as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the project as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
