Completion Schedule: Work must be done no later than 7/30/2022. Questions will be addressed via Addendum that will be issued after the questions deadline and will be attached under the "Buyer Attachments" section of this event. Substantial Date for Completion: 60 days from purchase order issuance Final Date for Completion: 75 days from purchase order issuance This invitation is for residence hall maintenance painting as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the project as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. The contractor shall supply all prepping, removal of all wall paper, patching and painting materials and labor to repair and paint (two coats) all corridors, doors, trim, stair wells, stair railing, ceilings and fan coils in residence rooms, lobby, and basement. The paint shall be Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 and the finish shall be satin for the walls, semi-gloss for the trim, and flat for the ceiling. Add Alternate 1: Basement floors shall be prepped and painting with Sherwin Williams tile clad epoxy.
