Charlotte Water (CLTWater) is seeking Progressive Design-Build services to assist with the analysis, design and construction and/or replacement of water infrastructure improvement projects (Project). Proposers need to assemble a team of experts including design, survey, geotechnical, permitting, communication experts and construction contractors. The project will be funded from CLTWater's FY23-FY28 Community Investment Plan. Project Schedule The anticipated duration is 2.5 years which includes an initial six-month design phase in order to establish the first Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
