Demolish and dispose cabinets, countertops, and sink. o The contractor shall remove and reset the stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher during the kitchen cabinet replacements. 2. Cabinets, Countertops, and Sink Shall be installed in full accordance with manufacturer's recommendations so as to preserve all warranties. o The contractor shall procure and replace and assemble all upper cabinets & lower cabinets to include all cabinet hardware in accordance with attachment 2 specifications. o Contractor shall install Formica or equivalent countertops. o Contractor shall install new undermount stainless-steel sink. o Contractors shall install existing faucet, connect garbage disposer, and connect all supply & drain lines. o Contractor shall reset all appliances in the kitchen area including refrigerator, dishwasher. 4.
