On behalf of the School Board of Polk County, WCM Construction & Roofing, LLC the Construction Manager for Bartow Elementary Academy New HVAC in Auditorium & Building #1, Project #P-2014, in Bartow, Florida, is currently accepting letters of interest and prequalifying subcontractors for the following scopes of work: Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Fencing, Handrails/Metals, Millwork, Carpentry/Framing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Framing/Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Floor Covering, Stucco, Signage, HVAC, and Electrical/Low Voltage/Fire Alarm. All pre-qualification requests shall be submitted on the Construction Manager s form. Only those subcontractors that are pre-qualified will be allowed to bid this project. All subcontractors must be prequalified as a requirement to bid this project. This will be a Sealed Bid Opening at the School Board of Polk County, 1915 S. Floral Avenue, Building C, Bartow, FL 33830. DO NOT send bids directly to WCM Construction & Roofing, LLC MWBE participation is strongly encouraged.
