Site work for a water / sewer project in Ecorse, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The selected contractor will be required to electronically locate, quantify and document all water distribution system leaks. These leaks include water main leaks, valve leaks, fire hydrant leaks and service line leaks. Leaks will be located and quantified using gallons per minute and gallons per day. All leaks will be identified in the final report, which will be provided to the city both in print and electronically. With the submittal of your proposal, please include one copy of a completed leak detection report that your company has prepared for a municipality in the last year. ARTICLE 6 - TIME OF COMPLETION 6.01 Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Article 4 of the General Conditions and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. 6.02 Bidder accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages.
