Scope of work: Includes but is not limited to the following scopes of work: Demo, Landscape and Hardscape, Tilt-up, Roofing, Stucco, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electric, and Lightning Protection. Please submit all RFI's promptly to Estimating@verdex.com. For subcontractor contracts valued at $500,000 and above, a Performance and Payment Bond is required.
