This Contract consists of furnishing and replacing access doors and frames for noise abatement walls and/or for furnishing and replacing deadbolts in noise abatement wall doors at various locations. This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract. The duration / term of the contract is (36) months from the Notice to Proceed or when total payments reach accepted bid price, whichever comes first.There will not be a pre-bid conference for this contract. Questions regarding this contract must be submitted to the procurement officer in writing at least three days prior to the bid opening. The Engineer reserves the right to modify or expand the methods of traffic control or working hours as specified in the Contract Documents. Any request from the Contractor to modify the work restrictions shall require written approval from the Engineer at least 72 hours prior to implementing the change.
