Site work and paving for a road / highway in Caledonia, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of 07/05/2022 No start date. Notice is hereby given that the Town of Caledonia ("The Town") will receive sealed bids for a single chip seal on approx. 11,000 feet of town roadway beginning at township line on Blackhawk Road proceeding southeast on said town road for approx. 4000 feet at a width of 22 feet; at the junction of Hilltop road and continuing to the east on Blackhawk Road for approx. 4650 feet at a width of 20 feet, until the western corner of Blackhawk and Hilltop Road; continuing from the far eastern junction of Blackhawk Road and Hilltop to the west on Hilltop Road back to the junction of Blackhawk Road for approx. 2900 feet at a width of 19 feet. Estimated sq yards of single chip seal is 26,230 sq yards. Wedging on Hilltop Road is also to be included in this bid. A full width wedge of 18 feet will begin at the junction of Blackhawk Road and Hilltop (eastern end) and continue westward for 535 feet up the hill to the junction of Hillside Road. The road wedge is to be a min of 2.5 inches thick. Caledonia Town Board reserves the right to change scope of project for budget or any other purpose. The Town of Caledonia reserves the right to reject any and or all bids.
