This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario C.P. 3600, 820 promenade Lakeshore North Bay, Ontario P1B 9T5 This competitive procurement process seeks to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) list to install SMART Whiteboard (TV) and remove or replace Whiteboard Projectors and their stands on an as-needed basis. The Board intends to award a contract on a per region basis. (See Appendix G - Board's Sites by Regions). The Board intends to prequalify a maximum of five (5) respondents per region. Where more than the above identified number of successful respondents exceed the minimum total score, the five (5) highest scoring respondents per region will be retained Except where allowed for in this document, only prequalified respondents will be invited to bid on Board projects unless otherwise allowed for in this document. The term of the Master Framework Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of CEA FRANCOachat's participating agencies to extend the Master Framework Agreement.
