The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified, experienced, and professional firms to provide Restroom Fragrance and Odor Control services at Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport (PVD) in Warwick, RI. As RIAC readies to open the remainder of the renovated public restrooms at PVD, a key element of the experience is providing a pleasant environment that addresses all senses. The term of the PSA will be for three (3) years, with up to two (2), one (1) year extensions at the sole discretion of RIAC. The agreement is expected to commence on September 1, 2022. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RIAC reserves the right to modify the PSA prior to engaging with the selected firm. Any questions about, or exceptions to, RIAC's PSA must be submitted in writing in advance of submittal of proposal as outlined herein, and do not constitute RIAC's acceptance of the modified terms. Deadline for Questions May 31, 2022 RIAC reserves the right to waive any irregularities and technical defects. RIAC reserves the right to modify, amend or waive any provision of this RFP, prior to the issuance of a contract for the services.
