Site work for a water / sewer project in Snowmass Village, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project primarily consists of 223 linear feet of 8 ductile iron pipe (DIP), fittings, valves, and restoration; tying into two portions of the existing distribution system. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from qualified general contractors that have demonstrated experience in construction projects of this type. A Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% will be required and must accompany the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required upon contract award. For all technical questions, bidders shall send an email to scottf@sgm-inc.com. The Bid and Bid Guarantees must be placed in one envelope, securely sealed therein, and labeled Bid Proposal for the Edgewood Water Line Connection and be delivered to the District at the address stated above on or before the bid opening date and time.
