Site work for a water / sewer project in Conewago Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bid results will be available via PennBids website by the close of business, same date. The Supervisors of Conewago Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Conewago Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Conewago Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is seventy-five (75) calendar days. Conewago Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
