The project is a complete construction of a new office for the City of Daly City Human Resources Department in an existing 3-story city owned property. The scope of work includes interior build out of private offices, conference rooms, single occupant restroom, break room with applicable plumbing, and storage rooms. The scope of work also includes improvements such as a new roof mounted mechanical air handling unit (AHU), new mechanical distribution, modifications to existing electrical distribution, and new windows on the North and East side of the building.
