Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Caliente, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Base Bid Description: Install irrigation well and pump house. Contract Time: 60 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $493.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. Site Directions: 500 Youth Center Drive, Caliente, Nevada 89008 The WORK involves the drilling, constructing, developing, and pump testing of one (replacement) groundwater irrigation well with a target production rate of 400 to 700 gpm. The WORK shall also include the plugging and abandonment of the existing well located less than 50 feet away from the proposed replacement well. All well drilling and construction work must be in compliance with Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 534 and American Water Works Association (AWWA) A100 where applicable. New utility building (not habitable) housing for replacement well and distribution plumbing. The estimated construction cost for the base bid of this project is: $393,243.00
