Reference number : 1606574 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-08 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Maintenance of outdoor rinks The City of Gatineau is requesting tenders for the complete maintenance of outdoor skating rinks, including sweeping, snow removal and watering of skating rinks with boards and skating rinks without boards in each of the sectors of the municipality, snow removal of access areas to the skating rink, at the watering hydrant, as well as in the surrounding areas. The installation of skating rink boards is the responsibility of the City of Gatineau. The contract will be for three seasons. To be considered, all tenders must be presented on the forms specially prepared for this purpose. Each submission must be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the following mention: Submission 2022 SP 254 Maintenance of outdoor rinks On the other hand, the number of people who can attend the opening could be limited to ensure the application and respect of the distancing measures. Ville de Gatineau is not bound to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
