The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority is requesting sealed bids for the establishment of a price contract for general interior and external painting services, which includes, but not limited to: A) One, Two-, Three-, Four- and Five-bedroom residential units B) Exterior surfaces including brick, wood, doors and frames, windows, siding, etc. The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority is requesting bids for the establishment of a price contract for general interior and exterior painting services, which includes, but is not limited to: A) One Bedroom vacant units (average size of 650 square feet) B) Two Bedroom vacant units (average size of 850 square feet) C) Three Bedroom vacant units (average size of 1100 square feet) D) Four Bedroom vacant units (average size of 1500 square feet) E) Five Bedroom vacant units (average size of 1650 square feet) F) Exterior surfaces including brick, wood of various varieties, doors and door frames, window frames, architectural millwork, siding, sheet metal All bids must be submitted on the accompanying bid forms and shall be based upon and in conformity with the attached specifications.
