A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Request for Qualifications & Proposal for Professional Services Construction Manager / General Contractor For Summit County Stage Little Beaver Trail Housing project Overview Summit County Transportation (Owner) hereby invites qualified firm(s) interested in providing Construction Manager/ General Contractor (CM/GC) Services to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications and Proposal (RFQ/P) in connection with the re-model/ re-purposing of the Little Beaver Trail Employee housing project in Silverthorne, CO. The Owner proposes to retain a highly qualified, capable firm(s) to act as the CM/GC through preconstruction, design assist and construction. In addition to providing customary CM/GC services the Candidate will assist with the du-diligence required to assist the design teams design to meet the owners expectation of a responsible and efficient design. The CM/GC will be expected to work with the Owners Representative to coordinate a phasing plan with the current tenants, and a phased construction schedule is expected given this constraint.
