The Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) operates a Public Transportation System in Genesee and Surrounding Counties and is located at 1401 South Dort Hwy, Flint, Michigan. The MTA is seeking qualified bidders to provide replacement Rooftop HVAC Units for its administration Building at 1401 South Dort Highway, Flint, Michigan. Generally, there are three RTU's to be replaced: a 40-ton unit supplying the second level, a 50-ton unit supplying the Main level and a 40-ton unit supplying the second level. The sites and scopes of work are as indicated below. Scopes are somewhat general in nature and do not necessarily cover every aspect of the work required. A 5% bid bond or certified check must accompany your proposal if proposal price is over $100,000.00 Performance Bond - 100% of contract price Labor and Material Payment Bond - 100% of the contract price.
