Painting and Flooring Work at USCG Base Cape Cod Buzzards Bay, MA (BARNSTABLE COUNTY). Solicitation packages will be available on or about 06/06/2022. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and disposal required to complete the work of painting and floor work of 38 USCG owned houses. The work shall be located at the USCG Base Cape Cod, Buzzards Bay, MA as indicated. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320*, with a small business size standard $16.5 Million. The magnitude of construction range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The overall performance period for this project is 15 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
