The Kearsarge Regional School Board ("School Board") invites you to offer proposal(s) for snowplowing, sanding and snow removal for Bradford Elementary School located at 163 Old Warner Road Bradford, NH. The School Board seeks to enter into a two (2)- year agreement commencing on July 1st, 2022 and terminating on June 1st, 2024. Any questions, please contact Brett Pare at 603-526-9179. The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions, to negotiate with any or all responsible Bidders, and to waive any informalities in the Request for Proposals process, and to enter into an agreement with the Bidder whom the School District in its sole discretion determines is in the best interests of the School District even though the Bidder may not be the lowest bid or proposal. Bidders shall be responsible for any and all expenses that they may incur in preparing their proposals
