Reference Number 0000322522 Piggyback Contract No Lockport City School District is excepting quotes for the 2023/2024 school year for maintenance and repairs of commercial HVAC syatems, including but not limited to air handling units, univents, P-TAC units and related high and low voltage controling. Contractor will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial refrigeration units used for food service. Walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers and smaller reach-in refrigerators and freezers. - Contractor must pay pervailing wage to their employees. - Contractor must provide a contractors licens as well as insurance. - Contractor must provide 24hr, 365 day emergency service, after normal business hours, weekends and holidays with a response time of less than 1hr to the job site. - Contractor must hold a refrigeration licens and an R-stamp for welding pressure vessals. - Contractor must have a commercial boiler division able to maintain and repair water tube and castiron steam and hot water boilers. - Contractor may identify any other services they provide that may not be listed above. - Contractor will provide the following, - Hourly rates including overtime and holidays. - Material mark-up. - Travel rates. - Any other rates that may apply. - NOTE, this is not ment to be a service contract.
