The University of Louisville Procurement Services, on behalf of Physical Plant, will receive base bid proposals for replacement of the lighting system to new LED Fixtures and Hardware provided by University of Louisville and will be installed on 30' poles at various parking lots on campus as shown on the drawing details prepared by the University of Louisville (Appendix A). Please also see the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer (Appendix B). Provide any miscellaneous material, wire, wire nuts, tape, labor, supervision, inspections, testing. The Contractor will remove and dispose of existing light fixtures on 30' poles. After area is complete Physical Plant will inspect after dark and contractor to adjust if needed to complete as described and in accordance with the drawings prepared by the University of Louisville. (Certified Check Acceptable) The awarded Contractor shall furnish a performance and payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as security for the faithful performance of this contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor, including payment of all unemployed contributions which become due and payable under the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Law furnishings materials in connection with this contract. The University reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive minor technicalities.
