The owner has selected a Construction Manager. The project will include the construction of a new public health laboratory as an addition onto the existing State Health Lab facility as well as renovation of the existing facility into office space for the Department of Health. The addition is expected to be approximately 73,000 square feet, but know this number is just an estimate at this time. This project will be required to meet the High-Performance Green Building Standard. The total construction budget for the project is $53,000,000.
