Project is to supply all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and insurance to perform the Grounds Maintenance to include Mowing, Edging, Plant Trimming, Landscaping, and Vegetation services (light tree trimming) work as identified within these specifications for areas identified within the solicitation. Mowing shall be listed locations only, there shall be no roadside mowing or extensive tree removal services under this contract. Each project location identified below for the following departments and/or divisions of Cecil County. County reserves the right to add or delete locations when needed, if additional areas are added/deleted a price per locations shall be requested at that time. Kamit at PURCHASINGOFFICE@CCGOV.ORG or by mailing requests to the Cecil County, Maryland, 200 Chesapeake Blvd. Attn: Purchasing, Elkton, Maryland 21921 - 3:00 p.m. on July 25, 2022 Hand delivery bids will not be accepted. This is a service type contract under which Cecil County, Maryland is obligated during the term of the contract (July 1, 2022 or final execution of contract documents through June 30, 2023), with the option of extending the contract for two (2) years in one (1) year increments by mutual agreement without changes to existing conditions or specifications.
