The contract consists of CIPP full length lining, CIPP Spot lining, excavation point repair, cleaning, root removal, an the Borough of Munhall at the following locations: Lower Ravine Street below Whitaker Way, Whitaker Way and Alley, Flora Street, Upper Ravine Street, Homestead Duquesne Road, Gates Drive A certified check payable to the Munhall Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority or a bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the Owner, in an amount equal to ten percent(10%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid, to guarantee the Bidders entrance into a contract if given the award. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has faied to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordidanances. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Work under the aforementioned Contract is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (1961 August 15, PL 987; P.S. 165) and subsequent amendments. There are six general areas for repairs: Whitaker Way, Whitaker Way and Alley, Flora Street, Upper Ravine Street, Homestead Duquesne Road, Gates Drive. The project includes, but are not limited to, the following: a. Whitaker Way and Alley (Map Sheet #1). 1. CCTV of 122 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer. 2. CIPP Spot lining of 12-inch sanitary sewer. Spot liners in 3 pipe segments. 21 total linear feet. Reinstatement of 6 service laterals. 3. Full length lining of one 12-inch sanitary sewer segments. 325 total linear feet. 4. Bypass pumping. b. Flora Street (Map Sheet #2) 1. External point repair of 6 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer. Reinstate 1 service lateral. 2. Bypass pumping 3. Pavement Restoration. c. Upper Ravine Street (Map Sheet #3) 1. Full length lining of two 24-inch sanitary sewer segments. 322 total linear feet. 2. Bypass pumping. d. Upper Ravine Street (Map Sheet #4) 1. Full length lining of 24-inch sanitary sewer segments. 157 total linear feet. Reinstate 6 service laterals. 2. CIPP Spot lining 24-inch sanitary sewer. 15 total linear feet in 3 spot liners. Reinstate 9 service laterals. 3. Bypass pumping. e. Homestead Duquesne Road (Map Sheet #5) 1. Full length lining of 24-inch sanitary sewer segments. 230 total linear feet.
