Wayne Board of Education 50 Nellis Drive Wayne, New Jersey 07470 BID#1 22/23 Solid Waste (Garbage/RecycIing) Removal Services For The Wayne Township Public Schools Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Wayne Board of Education (Board), Wayne, New Jersey for Solid Waste (Garbage/Recycling) Removal Services. Commencing on May 25, 2022 the Request for Bid packet will be available on the district website, go to Central Office, Business Services, and Request for Proposals & Bid Documents. Please email or call Liz Statuto at (973) 317-2111 for questions or to schedule a date and time if you will deliver your proposal in person. Bids must be submitted on or before the hour named to be considered. The Wayne Township Board of Education assumes no liability for proposals mis-mailed or misdirected. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date. The Board reserves the right to reject all proposals and/or to waive any minor informality in the bidding, as permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
