Development Services Office, City Center, 300
South Madison Avenue,
Greenwood, Indiana,
46142 between the hours
of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00
P.M., Monday through Friday, and will then be considered by the OWNER at
a public meeting called to
receive and open such
proposals, provided the
same shall have been received no later than 2:00
P.M. (local time) on June
07, 2022. The Intersection Improvement Main Street &
Airport Parkway shall be
the project as described in
the specifications. Specifications, plans and instructions to bidders may be

Bidder is responsible for all cost associated with obtaining a
full set of specifications,
plans and instructions to
bidders.
Bids will be taken
under advisement for an
award at a later date.
Contract may be awarded
at the Redevelopment
Commission (RDC) Meeting at 4:30 P.M. on June
14, 2022.
Bids are to be submitted on a fully completed
Indiana Form #96
(Revised 2013). Bids shall be in
sealed envelopes marked
with the name and place
of business of the bidder
and marked Intersection
Improvement Main Street
& Airport Parkway.
A performance bonequal to the contract price
and a payment bond to insure the payment of any
subcontractors, contract
laborers, material suppliers and persons furnishing
services will be required
upon award of contract.
No bid shall be withdrawn after scheduled
closing time for receipts of
bids for at least forty-five
(45) days. The RDC reserves the right to reject
any or all bids, to accept
all or any part of any bid
received, to waive any
and all informalities in bidding. The RDC will accept
the lowest responsible and
responsive bid.
