Reference number : 1608095 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-03 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Saint-Joseph-des-Érables requires tenders for: Installation of bituminous concrete in a section of Rang des Érables Nord Object of the contract: the Municipality plans to carry out paving work on part of rang des Érables Nord, located in the municipality of Saint-Joseph-des-Érables, over a total length of 545 meters from 146 rang des Érables up to 164 rang des Érables. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the special conditions. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. End date: 30 September 2022 award is subject to final approval.
