All bid envelopes shall be marked "SEALED BID FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - BRIARWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION TO BE OPENED AT 2:00 P.M., THURSDAY, JUNE 23, 2022" on the outside of the envelope. When bids are submitted electronically, the same requirements for submitting sealed bids shall apply. Electronic bids shall include a document representing the cover of the envelope containing the aforementioned criteria.
