The proposed project includes the excavation and widening of existing ditches in the Briarwood Estates Subdivision in order to reroute the storm water around the neighborhood. All bid envelopes shall be marked "SEALED BID FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - BRIARWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION TO BE OPENED AT 2:00 P.M., THURSDAY, JUNE 23, 2022" on the outside of the envelope.
When bids are submitted electronically, the same requirements for submitting sealed bids shall apply. Electronic bids shall include a document representing the cover of the envelope containing the aforementioned criteria. Project Manuals may be examined at the City of Pascagoula's office, 603 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, MS, at the office of the Design Engineer, Compton Engineering, Inc., 1969 Market Street in Pascagoula, or online. The drawings bound in the bid documents are photographic reductions of the original tracings. Full-scale drawings may be obtained (provided a set of reduced drawings and specifications has been purchased) for an additional $60.00 per set. Cost includes shipping and handling for each set. The bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Return of documents is not required.
