Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work of the Contract comprises the Project, for the Laidlaw School - Service Upgrade, Pembina Trails School Division , Service Upgrade . Project Work includes provision of all required labour & materials for a fully operational heating, cooling and ventilation system. Work includes but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition, and removal of existing distribution equipment and electrical components as indicated in the tender documents. .2 Provide new distribution equipment and electrical systems as shown in the drawings and noted in the specifications. .3 Provide the required bonds and liability insurance to ensure such specified assurances to the Owner. .4 Coordination with equipment supplier(s) to schedule delivery, unloading and safe storage of equipment. .5 Layout of the work for construction of complete system and associated works as noted in drawings and specifications. .6 Protect existing foundations, superstructure, interior finishes, plant and equipment during construction. .7 Clean-up of project and site upon completion. .8 Repair all defects identified during the first year after completion of Work.
