Request for Bids Hopewell Township Board of Education of Bridgeton, NJ, hereby advertises for competitive bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21 for the following projects: HOPEWELL CREST SCHOOL - COOLING TOWER REPLACEMENT & HOPEWELL CREST SCHOOL - NEW RAMP AND STAIR 122 Sewall Road Bridgeton, NJ 08302 Bids must be sealed and delivered to the Business Office of the Board of Education on or before date and time indicated. The bid opening process will begin on the above advertised date and the Board Office, 122 Sewall Road, Bridgeton, NJ. No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b). The Board of Education does not accept electronic (e-mail) submission of bids. These documents may be sent via overnight delivery upon receipt of the bid deposit and shipping service account number. Bid will be rendered in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4. Bidders must comply with P.L. 1975, C.127 9 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Mandatory Affirmative Action Requirements, Executive Order 11246 regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and Chapter 33, Laws of 1977, regarding the Disclosure of Partners and Stockholders. All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days. Hopewell Township Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids as permitted by law, to waive any non-material informalities in any bid, or to award separate contracts or a lump sum contract (as applicable), in such a manner as shall be, in the judgment of the Board of Education, deemed in the best interest of the School District, all in conformity with the law.
