Renovation of a municipal facility in New Durham, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of June 17, 2022, project was awarded to Grafton Mechanical, awarded amount is $24,981.65. Please direct any questions regarding this bid to Kimberly Hanson: E-mail Kimberly.D.Hanson1@DAS.NH.Gov SPECIFICATIONS: Complete specifications required are detailed in the SCOPE OF SERVICES section of this bid invitation. In responding to the bid invitation, the prospective Vendor shall address all requirements for information as outlined herein. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. REPLACEMENT BOILER, COMPONENTS, CONVERSIONTO PROPANE, DECOMMISSION AND REMOVE OIL TANK. o Disconnect, remove and dispose of existing boiler o Installation of one floor mounted high efficiency 95" AFUE Lochivar night KHB 110P boiler and Lochivar square stainless indirect, potable water heater (40 gallon) or equivalent boiler that meets or exceeds specifications o Transition new furnace into existing duct work o Connect new furnace to all other existing and relevant systems o Perform factory start up and programming of system and test for proper operation of system. o Verify all connections are properly connected and secured and no leaks are present. o Labor to include: o Acquiring required permit with Town of New Durham o Removal of old unit and fees o Required Permit Fees o Removal of underground oil tank
