Questions Due Date: May 31st 2022, 12:00 PM CDT.Perez ES Compressor Repair Bid Remove existing compressor and refrigerant per EPA standards in Trane chiller that currently does not operate. Furnish and install one (1) new remanufactured 200/230/460/60-3 compressor. Furnish and install one (1) new unloader.Furnish and install two (2) new compressor contactor kits.Pressure test and charge new compressor with correct refrigerant blend. Start up and test operation. Warranty on material and labor. Furnish and install [constant volume] [and] [variable volume] rooftop unit of size, type and capacity as indicated on the Drawings. Cooling capacity ratings shall be based upon test in accordance with ARI Standard 360. Units shall consist of insulated weather tight casing, compressors, air-cooled condenser coil, condenser fans, condensate drain pan, evaporator fan(s) with VFDs (vav applications), gas fired heater, return/exhaust fans with VFDs (vav applications), motors and drives, and main control panel. Unit shall be custom built to match existing roof curb dimensions, zone duct header, return opening, gas piping connection location, etc. Units that require modification to existing curb dimensions or ducts are not acceptable unless expressly stated so in design documents. Units shall also include filters, and controls as herein specified. 1. Units shall include blow-through multi deck section (2 or 3 deck as scheduled) with gas heat deck, ventilation deck (3 deck arrangement) and DX cooling in cold deck, zone dampers with actuator section, supply fan section, return fan section, condensing unit section, filter section and control dampers for outside air, exhaust air and return air. 2. Capacities, characteristics, and accessories shall be as shown and/or scheduled on drawings. 3. Units shall be factory fabricated, assembled and factory finished. 4. Motors shall not be installed above any fans. Max. operating weight shall not exceed equipment schedule weights shown on the design drawings including roof curb, if provided. Provide certified weights with submittals.
