The City of Salem Parks Operations is seeking a qualified contractor to provide as-needed concrete services. The general scope of work shall be performing small sections of concrete work on an as-needed basis in park properties; including but not limited to repairing, replacement, modification, and new installation of services. Types of small sections of surfaces to be serviced, but not limited to include walkways, curbs, ADA approaches, slab surfaces, walls, parking lots, stairs and or any work related to trade of work. No Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for this project. The City of Salem ("City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.
