Renovation of a water / sewer project in Prentiss, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work involved in the project includes new aerators, electrical controls, chain link fencing, repair/replace wave action pads, chlorination equipment, etc.The successful bidder must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act which requires that all laborers and mechanics shall be paid at rates not less than those determined by the Department of Labor to be prevailing for the locality in which the project is located.The Mayor and Board of Alderman reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids. The work is to be substantially complete, subject to approved change orders, within 120 calendar days.
