Site work for a mixed-use development in Quilcene, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

Project will include a traffic study for road approaches, wind, wave and drift for two boarding floats and boat ramp, geotechnical for piles, and pedestrian safety. Schematic Design must be completed by November 11, .2022. Final Design must be completed by March 1,2023 Highly qualified candidates will have experience within the last 5 years in marine access areas. A background in civil, hydrogeological, hydraulic, marine and environmental engineering is required, as well as experience in coordinating with Tribes and permitting agencies. Interested firms shall email PDFs of their Statement of Qualifications to CAMP,Bids@ dfw.wm.gov by the t ime and date above. Include the project name in the subject line of the email. Maximum file size for email is 10 MB. Questions may be directed to the same email address. The Statements of Qualifications shall be no longer than 25 pages of content (not including cover, divider pages, and title pages) and include lead staffresumes, ability to meet timelines, similar projects completed and general project approach. A qualifications-based selection process will be used and will consider the following information: Qualifications/expertise of firm Qualifications of proposed project manager Qualifications of key team members, including subconsultants Experience with recent similar projects After receiving SOQs, WDFW will evaluate the responding firms' qualifications to form a short list of firms for interviews in mid-July 2022.
