Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,000-square-foot multi-residential development; and 1,900-square-foot municipal facility.

Old Pueblo Community Services is requesting bids for two building roof/facia repairs with separate pricing but as a one bid package for the following. (1) Service Center-removal of existing shingle roof, replace 1 x 10 decking as needed, replace 10 rafter tails-20 and 2-fly rafters-60 , install synthetic underlayment, install new 2 drip edge, install new flashing at plumbing penetrations and vents, replace approx. 1900 sq ft of shingles with 30-year architectural shingles, install new roof jacks, 3 course seal penetrations and apply sealant as per code. (2) Apartment Roofs-inspection and repairs to apartment roofs, approximately 7,000 sq ft, to include but not limited to power washing the roof, 3 course seal all seams and penetrations, apply 2 coats of Apoc roof coating and replace fascia-2 x 6 x 100 Ln ft, remove modified granular cap and install new at flat porch area (10 sq). All work to meet current applicable codes. The City of Tucson is funding these projects through a Community Development Block Grant; therefore, contractors must adhere to Federal Labor Standards including Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage rates and Payroll Reporting Requirements. WDR will be available at the pre-bid or can be emailed upon request.
