Components of the project (generally) consist of the following tasks: metalwork including light framing and panel replacement. Each sealed proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond, in a sum that is not less than five (5) percent of the aggregate amount of bids, payable to Warren County.
